I know this might be a little personal, but I have to ask. What’s your preference?
No! Not sexually, but what’s your preference in reading? Are you a Hardback Lover, a Paperback Junkie, or a Devoted E-reader? Are we talking E-reader, Kindle, Nook or something else?
Why do I ask? One, because I’m just plain nosey, and two, I like to give away stuff to members of the ‘Reader’s Lounge’ that you would actually want. I found that you don’t really want that can of beets that I’ve been storing in my pantry for the last three years, or that five-dollar gift card to Nordstrom’s! You want something that you can actually use.
When you originally signed up for the Reader’s Lounge newsletter, you were offered the first two chapters of Ancient House of Cards for free. If you missed that, or just haven’t had the chance to read it yet, you can re-download it for free now.
This year I am giving away books, and books and more books. Yes, they are my books… and yes, I wrote them! I just want to know how do you want it? Once again, get your mind out of the gutter!
Seriously, would you rather download it onto your E-reader, or receive an autographed copy? Or are you a ‘shopper’ who already has my books and want the gift card to feed your addiction? Decisions, decisions!
As you know, Diego’s Secret is being released on May1, 2018. Prior to it’s release, I will be giving away several copies of my new book to members of the Reader’s Lounge. This Giveaway for Diego’s Secret will be in March and April. I would like to know what you want, so please share your preference in the comment section, because in the end, aren’t we all looking for a Happily Ever After.
If you enjoyed this post, make sure you sign up for my newsletter, and never miss another blog again.

I started with a a Nook, and made the switch to Kindle because there was more of a selection. I will still buy a paperback depending on the author.
Elizabeth Gray says
Prefer print books. But, when I do read digital, it’s usually for Nook. Occasionally I will buy for Kindle. I do read digital on my phone when I’m at work, and Nook when I’m away from home.
Bryan T. Clark says
What do you like better, Kindle or Nook? I like the way Nook keeps count of the page count for you in actual page numbers and not percentage of how much you have read.
David A. Clark says
I’m an avid NOOK reader. Surely if we can put a man on the moon we can find a way to autograph an E-reader. I think you can see where I’m going with this thought. Please donate my gift to a DREAMER. Long live DACA.
Bryan T. Clark says
I love it and will do. 🙂 Would you really want an autograph E-book? Trust me, someone will find a way to do it and make millions.
Bill says
I have limited space for paperbacks and hardcover, so have been going Kindle. Thank you!
Bryan T. Clark says
Thanks Bill for your comment. Not sure why, but I have boxes and boxes of books from the last time we moved. There was just not enough room in the new house for all the books, but I can’t seem to part with them. I totally get what you’re saying.
Charlotte Andrews says
I prefer the actual book in hand. I love turning the pages to see what’s happening next!
Bryan T. Clark says
There is nothing like turning an actual page in the mist of drama….
Chandler says
I love my Kindle so much, I haven’t bought a paperback or hardback novel in years.
Bryan T. Clark says
I love all the money that I save buying the E-book rather than the paper/hardback.
Miaja says
I love reading on my Kindle
I will confess that at times, I miss reading a real book though. Looking forward to reading your new book!
Bryan T. Clark says
Hi Miaja, I think you were one of the first people I knew way back when reading on your tablet. The new book is released May 1. Pre-sale starts March 1st. Let me know what you think 🙂
